 Mr
John Latimer MD MRCOG FRANZCOG
Consultant Gynaecologist and Oncologist, Addenbrooke’s
Hospital Cambridge
John was appointed as a Consultant in Gynaecology
and Gynaecological Oncology at Addenbrooke’s Hospital
at the beginning of 2000. He qualified from Guy’s Hospital
in 1986 and received his general training in obstetrics and
gynaecology in Brighton, King’s College Hospital, London,
and Nottingham. He then underwent his advanced training in
the management of gynaecological cancers in Adelaide, South
Australia and Bristol. He obtained recognition as a Specialist
in Gynaecology in May 1997 from the Royal College of Obstetricians
and Gynaecologists. He subsequently obtained his recognition
as a Subspecialist in Gynaecological Oncology from the RCOG
in December 1999. His research into the causes of ovarian
cancer was awarded the MD Doctorate by the University of Adelaide
in 1997. He is a trained and accredited Colposcopist and Laparoscopic
Surgeon, and is recognised by the RCOG as a Preceptor (trainer)
in laparoscopic surgery. He is Programme Director for Gynaecological
Oncology Subspecialist Training in Cambridge.

Helen Taylor MB MRCP FRCR
Consultant Radiologist, Addenbrooke’s Hospital Cambridge
Helen is the Lead Radiologist for gynaecological
cancer for the West Anglia Cancer Network. She has a specialist
interest in cross sectional imaging (CT and MRI) related to
oncology, particularly gynaecological malignancy. She also
has a major specialist interest in Ultrasound, particularly
Trans-vaginal Ultrasound applied to gynaecology.

Nicholas Carroll BDS LDSRCS MA MB MRCP FRCR
Consultant Radiologist, Addenbrooke’s Hospital Cambridge
Nick has a Specialist interest in gastrointestinal
and abdominal-pelvic imaging using CT and MRI. He also has
a specialist interest in Ultrasound and Endoluminal ultrasound
and has considerable expertise in gynaecological imaging.
